On-campus housing will be provided at the Cheyenne-Arapaho Residence Hall, which is building 100 in this campus map. If you wish to make reservations at Cheyenne-Arapaho, you must complete and mail/fax this housing form. This is a PDF version of the form. Conference participants can choose from two different housing packages described below. Please indicate the desired package number on the housing form.
Package #1 includes housing beginning on Tuesday, August 3 and checkout is on Saturday, August 7.
Limited rooms are available for early arrival for an additional charge. Please indicate an early arrival on the housing form. The residence hall room package #1 is $215.81 for a single room and $123.66 per person for double occupancy. These rates include lodging, Tuesday, August 3 through Friday, August 6, and breakfast beginning on Wednesday, August 4 through Saturday, August 7.
Package #2 is available for participants who plan to attend the Post Conference Short Course on Saturday, August 7 or would like to stay an additional night. This package includes housing beginning on Tuesday, August 3 and checkout is on Sunday, August 8.

The residence hall room package #2 is $263.53 for a single room and $148.34 per person for double occupancy. These rates include lodging, Tuesday, August 3 through Saturday, August 7, and breakfast beginning on Wednesday, August 4 through Saturday, August 7. Breakfast will not be served on Sunday, August 8.
All participants must checkout of the residence halls by 10:00 AM on Sunday, August 8. The residence halls will not be able to accommodate late departures.
Tax has been included in these rates. Room charges are not included in the conference registration fee and need to be paid directly to the residence hall upon check-in.
Cheyenne-Arapaho rooms are designed for single and double occupancy, with singles allocated by the conference on a first-come, first-served basis. While most individual rooms do not have private baths, central baths are conveniently located in the immediate area. Linen, towels, and blankets are furnished. Telephones are installed in each room, but long-distance calls may not be charged to your room. Radios and televisions are not available in guest rooms. Daily maid service is provided.
