You can pay registration by a VISA or Master Charge bank credit card. AmEX is also accepted but VISA and MasterCard are preferred.

The Participant fee includes a 2-year membership in USACM (worth $50), one set of printed Abstracts, the banquet, receptions and breaks.
The Student fee includes receptions, breaks, the banquet, and one set of printed Abstracts.
Cancellation of congress registration with refund of fee, less a $50.00 service charge, will be accepted if received in writing by USNCCM 99 organizers no later than July 1, 1999. No refunds will be given after that date. Refund of additional fees for special events, such as banquet or the short course, can only be given in case of over subscription or cancellation of the event.
