Parking for the Engineering Center (EC) is available across Regent Drive in Lots 436 and 440. Lot 436 is number 70 on this map (this map actually pinpoints the Autopark garage structure; the lot extends further north, to near Colorado avenue, with uncovered parking spaces.) Lot 440 is immediately south of 436, marked by a P on that map; it is adjacent to the Coors Events Center, which is number 13.
Lot 440 provides short term pay parking for visitors, weekdays 7am-5pm. Cost is $1.25 per hour. Pay at the machine by the lot entrance.
Lot 436 provides long-term permit parking, both open and covered, for students and university employees. It is free for visitors after 5pm, before 7am, and on weekends. The covered parking in the garage structure (called the Regent Drive Autopark) is convenient for summer days, since Colorado sun can be quite strong, and hail storms are not infrequent.
Conference participants will be able to buy a $8.25 week-long parking pass for Lot 436 from a representative from Parking Services, who will be at the registration desk on Wednesday August 4 morning, 8-12am. At other times participants may purchase those permits weekdays from 8am to 4pm at the Parking Services office, which is located across Regent Drive from the EC, number 65 on this map.
