AudioVisual Services

All presentation rooms will be equipped with
(1) an overhead projector
(2) a LCD projector capable of 800 x 600 resolution

We will NOT be providing computers in the presentation rooms, thus use of the LCD requires your own equipment. Please arrive to your presentation room well before the start of your technical session so that you may resolve any incompatibilities with your computer and the projectors; you will not want to diminsh your presentation time debugging AV difficulties. As each technical session is preceded by at least a 30 minute break, there should be enough time to resolve difficulties before the start of the session. Assistants will be available to help you with your AV concerns.

If you need other AV equipment, please email Greg Hulbert NO LATER THAN July 24, with your request.
Requests after that date cannot be met.

Computers with internet links will be available in the Hubbard foyer during the regular Congress hours to access your email accounts.
In addition, there will be ports with RJ-45 plug hook-ups that you may use with your own laptop computer.
Complete instructions on using this service will be provided at the Congress.
