Postdoctoral Fellow in High Performance Computing for Network Problems
Austin Texas, USA
University of Texas at Austin
A post-doctoral scholar is needed with skills in numerical algorithm development/coding. Our key interests are in high performance computing in solution of network problems.  The direct applications are in fluid flow, but scientists/engineers with experience in other network solutions (e.g. VLSI microchips) are encouraged to apply. The National Center for Infrastructure Modeling and Management (NCIMM) has been recently funded by the U.S. EPA to develop next-generation models for storm water and water piping distribution systems.  More details on the new center are at http://www.ncimm.org. More details on the job opening and application info are at https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/hr/jobs/nlogon/160916010712
Ph.D. in mathematics or engineering and experience in numerical algorithm development and coding.
