Twenty-fifth edition of the Annual Robert J. Melosh Competition at Duke University

Duke University will host on April 25, 2014 the XXV Annual Robert J. Melosh Competition for best papers by graduate (or recently graduated) students. The deadline for extended abstract submission is January 10, 2014. Students interested in participating can find more details about the format of the competition and submission requirements at:

The winner of the competition, as determined by the judges, will receive the Robert J. Melosh Medal and a $500 prize. The finalists of the competition will be given the opportunity to prepare a full-length manuscript for inclusion in the journal Finite Elements in Analysis and Design.
