Announcement Detail
AI-Empowered Simulations & CAE Applications via Engineering Software 3.0, September 8–11, 2026, Dallas, Texas, USA
About the Conference
The U.S. Association for Computational Mechanics (USACM) is pleased to announce AESCAPE 2026, a new conference focused on the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence in engineering software.
This event highlights the ongoing transition from traditional rule-based and surrogate-driven tools to agentic, mechanistic AI systems that can actively participate in engineering workflows. It aims to bring together researchers, engineers, and industry practitioners working at the intersection of computational mechanics, artificial intelligence, simulation, and digital engineering.
Scope and Topics
We invite contributions in areas including, but not limited to:
- AI-powered CAD and CAE tools
- AI agents for model setup, orchestration, and design exploration
- Physics-aware foundation models and hybrid physics–AI systems
- AI integration in certification, traceability, and digital twins
- Applications in manufacturing, sustainment, and next-generation CAE pipelines
Minisymposia will cover a broad range of emerging topics in AI-enhanced simulation and computational engineering.
